• House 3 is a 5 bedroom 5 bathroom 2 storey beachfront house with 180 degree ocean views over the bay.
• Bottom level has open plan kitchen, dining and living opening onto the outdoor entertaining BBQ area with a large grassed area perfect for kids. The laundry is also downstairs.
• The downstairs 2 bedrooms both have their own private ensuites.  One bedroom is a kids bunk room with 2 sets of built in bunks with a TV .(Please note the bunks are designed for children not adults.) The second bedroom is a queen room also with its own ensuite. There is also a separate powder room.
• The top level off the entrance consists of 3 large sized bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king sized bed with private ensuite which features a large spa bath. There is also a separate parents TV retreat area. Both of these rooms look over the bay.
• There are 2 other bedrooms both with their own private ensuites. 1 has a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. with their own ensuites. There is also a separate powder room.
• This house is fully airconditioned.
