Features of the home
- House 31A is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom 3 storey house which has views of the ocean from the top living area.
- Top level has open plan kitchen dining and living with an additional powder room. This opens out onto a large deck complete with BBQ and outdoor seating area with full ocean views.
- The middle level off the entrance consists of 3 large bedrooms all with their own ensuites. The first queen sized room has a TV so you can relax and watch your favourite shows. The other 2 bedrooms on this level have a king sized bed (1 can be made into twin share). Both these rooms have own ensuite and open onto decked balcony.
- Downstairs is a large bedroom with 2 sets of built in bunks along with a TV and DVD player. This has its own bathroom and fully equipped laundry.
- The downstairs bedroom opens onto a large games room area complete with Pool Table, Table tennis & Large TV. This opens onto a large grassed area.
