Features of the home

• House 28A is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom 3 storey house with views of the ocean from every level with a path that takes you directly to the beach.
• The middle level off the entrance consists of 1 King size bed with ensuite & own personal A/C. The other 2 queen sized bedrooms both also have reverse cycle A/c along with their own ensuites with either a double shower or bath. The front 2 also have views overlooking the bay.
• Downstairs is a large bedroom with 2 sets bunks. There is also another bathroom, fully equipped laundry and big TV. (Please note the top bunks are not really designed for adults).
• The downstairs bedroom opens onto a large games room area complete with Pool table & table tennis. This opens onto a large grassed area looking down the path to the beach. There are also some bikes available for guest use.
• Top level has open plan kitchen dining and living with an additional powder room and reverse cycle A/C. This opens out onto a large deck complete with BBQ and outdoor seating area with full ocean views.
