Features of the home

House 33A is a luxurious 3 level holiday home with beautiful views of the beach.
The top floor consists of a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area that opens out onto a large decked area with BBQ and outdoor table setting that has views over the beautiful Geographe bay beach. There is also a separate powder room.
The first floor contains 3 large bedrooms all with their own private ensuites. Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed while the other 2 bedrooms have queen beds and open out onto their own sundeck .
The ground floor is the 4^th bedroom with a large king sized bed. It also has its own TV & DVD player along with a bathroom and laundry.
**Sorry this house is not suitable for children under 14
